nudgnudg (“we”, “our”, or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our mobile application and website (https://nudgnudg.com).

Your intent grid preferences (e.g. NSA, Friends, Dating, LTR)
Messages you send and receive
Location data (if permitted)

Interactions with the app

c. Location Data
When you grant permission, nudgnudg collects your precise location using your device’s GPS. This data is used solely to help display nearby user profiles within your selected intent grid (e.g., No Strings Attached, Making Friends, Casual Dating, or Long-Term Relationships).
We use your location to:
Rank users based on proximity
Personalize your discovery experience
Apply distance-based filtering in real time
Your exact location is never shared publicly and never visible to other users.
You remain in full control of your location settings at all times. You may revoke location access in your device settings. Disabling location services may affect the functionality of the app, including the ability to see relevant matches.

Location data, like all personal information collected by nudgnudg, is encrypted in transit and stored securely. Access to your location is restricted to internal systems used solely for matchmaking and discovery purposes. We do not transmit your location to third parties.
6. International Users
NudgNudg is operated from the European Union. If you access the app from outside the EU, you consent to your data being transferred and processed within the EU.
7. Children's Privacy
NudgNudg is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If we discover this, we will delete the account immediately.

11. Disappearing Content
NudgNudg offers premium users the ability to send disappearing photos and videos. These files are automatically deleted from our servers shortly after being viewed or after a fixed time period.
Disappearing content is:
Not stored permanently
Not accessible after expiration
Removed automatically after it’s viewed or expires
However, we cannot prevent recipients from capturing the content using screenshots or external tools. We do not currently notify users if a screenshot is taken.
This feature is intended to increase privacy, but we advise users to always share content responsibly.
