These Community Guidelines apply to all users of NudgNudg. They supplement the Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, and the Safety pages.
NudgNudg is an 18+ dating service. We want to create a respectful, safe, and responsible environment.
1. Core Principles
Use NudgNudg respectfully, honestly, and responsibly. Respect other people’s boundaries and comply with applicable law.

2. Minimum Age
NudgNudg is intended exclusively for persons aged 18 and over. Minors may not use NudgNudg.
Content involving or depicting minors, sexualized depictions of minors, and any form of CSAE/CSAM are strictly prohibited.
If we become aware of, or have reasonable grounds to suspect, that a minor is using NudgNudg, we may suspend or delete the account and take any further measures that may be necessary.
3. Prohibited Content and Conduct
The following are prohibited in particular:
Hate and Discrimination
Attacks, dehumanization, or degrading treatment based on origin, skin colour, nationality, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, illness, age, or comparable characteristics.
Harassment and Threats
Insults, targeted degradation, stalking, intimidation, blackmail, threats of violence, or encouraging self-harm.
Sexual Exploitation and Minors
Any content, solicitation, or communication relating to sexual exploitation, minors, CSAM/CSAE, grooming, “teen” fetishization, or sexualized depictions of minors.
Non-Consensual Intimate Content
Sharing, threatening to share, requesting, or distributing intimate content without consent, including “revenge porn” or comparable content.
Fraud, Scams, and Spam
Romance scams, requests for money, cryptocurrency or investment fraud, phishing, fake competitions, mass messaging, or other forms of deception.
False Identity
Impersonating real people, brands, or organizations, fake profiles, identity theft, or misleading information.
Doxing and Privacy Violations
Publishing or sharing another person’s private information without consent, including addresses, telephone numbers, identity documents, intimate images or recordings, or private chats.
Illegal Activities
Facilitating, promoting, or carrying out unlawful activities, including drug trafficking, weapons trafficking, forged documents, human trafficking, or other criminal offences.
Commercial Advertising
Advertising, affiliate links, escort or sex-work offers, the sale of content or services, “sugar dating” offers, bots, or automated solicitation are not permitted.
4. Profiles, Photos, and Messages
Profiles must be truthful and must not infringe the rights of third parties.
Photos may only be uploaded if you have the necessary rights and, where consent is required, the people shown have given their consent.
The same rules that apply to profiles also apply to messages, including disappearing messages. Disappearing messages may be saved by recipients, for example through screenshots or external recordings. Do not send illegal, risky, or non-consensual content.
5. Consent and Boundaries
Consent may be withdrawn at any time. Respect a “no” and stop unwanted communication.
If you feel pressured, threatened, or harassed, you can block or report users.
6. Meeting Outside NudgNudg
NudgNudg is not an emergency service and cannot guarantee safety when meeting outside the platform.
Meet carefully, choose public places, inform people you trust, and contact the police or emergency services in an emergency.
7. Reporting and Blocking
You can report inappropriate behaviour, suspicious profiles, harassment, scams, unlawful content, or other safety concerns.
Blocked users will no longer be able to contact you in the same way, to the extent technically supported by the relevant feature.
8. Moderation and Enforcement Measures
We review reports and may take measures depending on the seriousness and circumstances, including:
- Notice;
- Warning;
- Feature restriction;
- Removal of content;
- Temporary suspension;
- Permanent suspension;
- Further review;
- Reporting to the competent authorities where necessary or required by law.
Particularly serious violations, including those involving minors/CSAM/CSAE, non-consensual intimate content, credible threats of violence, or large-scale scams, may result in immediate action.
9. Appeals Against Enforcement Measures
If you believe an enforcement measure was taken incorrectly, you can contact us at support@nudgnudg.com and request a review.
