NudgNudg is a dating service for adults only. Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the service.
We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material, child sexual exploitation, grooming, sexualization of minors, or any content that depicts, promotes, requests, facilitates or appears to involve sexual conduct with anyone under 18.
Who may use NudgNudg
Only adults aged 18 or older may use NudgNudg.
Persons under 18 are not allowed to create an account, access the service, appear in sexualized content, or be involved in sexual communication on the service.
We do not currently perform general technical age verification for all users. If we learn or reasonably suspect that a minor is using NudgNudg, we may restrict, suspend or delete the account and take further appropriate action.
Prohibited child-safety content and conduct
The following is strictly prohibited:
- child sexual abuse material;
- child sexual exploitation;
- grooming or attempts to contact minors for sexual purposes;
- sexualized content involving or appearing to involve minors;
- requests for sexual content involving minors;
- links, references or coded language for CSAM/CSAE;
- attempts to move conversations involving minors to other platforms;
- any profile, message, image, username, bio or other content suggesting sexual interest in minors.
Reporting concerns
If you see content or behavior that may involve a minor, child exploitation, grooming or child sexual abuse material, report it immediately.

Do not download, copy, forward or redistribute suspected CSAM. Report it so that we can review and take appropriate action.
Our response
When we receive a child-safety report or otherwise identify a serious child-safety concern, we may take immediate action, including:
- restricting access to content;
- suspending or deleting accounts;
- preserving relevant information where legally appropriate;
- reviewing related account activity;
- reporting to competent authorities or appropriate reporting channels where required or appropriate.
Confirmed violations may lead to permanent bans.
User responsibilities
Users must not use NudgNudg to contact, exploit, sexualize or endanger minors.
Users must not upload or share content involving minors in a sexualized or exploitative context.
Users must report suspected child-safety violations immediately.
