Zero-tolerance policy
NudgNudg prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexualization of minors, or any facilitation of exploitation. Our service is strictly for adults 18+
Who may use NudgNudg:
Users must be 18+ to create an account or use the service.
Content that depicts or sexualizes anyone under 18, or that appears to involve a minor, is forbidden.
How to report concerns
Email: to support@nudgnudg.com. Subject: “Child Safety Report”
Do not redistribute suspected CSAM to us. Use the reporting flow; we will preserve evidence on our systems and escalate to authorities as required.
Our response
Immediate removal or restriction of reported content and accounts pending review. Preservation of relevant data and cooperation with law enforcement. Mandatory reporting to appropriate authorities where required by law (e.g., NCMEC in the U.S., or relevant national reporting lines via INHOPE members). Permanent bans for confirmed violations.
Proactive safety measures
User tools to report and block other users. Human moderation of reports and policy-driven enforcement. Rate limits and other technical safeguards to reduce abuse.
Data handling
We minimize the handling of abusive material and do not download or redistribute it. We retain only what is necessary to meet legal obligations and support investigations.

These standards apply to all users and content on NudgNudg. Violations may result in content removal, account termination, and reporting to authorities.
